For Sale- Inventory was down 24.6% from last year and 15.4% compared to last month.
Pending- There was a decrease of 5.2% compared to last year and of 8.7% from last month.
Average PRice per Sqft
PPSF was down 4.9% compared to last month but stayed the same as compared with last year.
Days on MArket
Days on market increased 39.1% compared to last month and decrease 8.6% from last year.
The Sold/List price ratio was falling. It fell 2% compared to last month and is up 3.2% from last year.
Average Price
For Sale- The average for sale price was up 8.7% from last year and down 4.3% from last month.
Sold- The average sold price was up 13.3% from last year and 6.6% from last month.
Months of Inventory
Based on closed sales the months of inventory increased by 8.9% compared to last year and remained the same from last month.
Based on pending sales the months of inventory decreased by 18.2% compared to last year and 8.5% from last month.
