Homes for sale- January was a seller’s MArket

Homes closed in January were 537 in Fresno MLS. This is down 21.1% from last month and up 5.7% from last year. 

Homes for sale in January were 1545 in the Fresno county MLS. This is down 10% from last month and 2.9% from last year.

Homes placed under contract in Fresno MLS were 846. This is up 44.1% compared to last month and up 11.3% from last year. 

 

 

Average Sold PRive Per Square Foot was neutral

Average sold price per square footage was $244

This is up 3.4% from last month and up 9.4% from last year. 

Average continuous Days on MArket was Rising

Continuous Days on Market: 44

This is up 15.8% from last month, and down 12% from last year. 

sold/list price ratio was falling

Sold/List Price ratio was 21%. This id down 78.4% compared to last month and 77.7% from last year. 

 

AVerage for sale price was depreciating

Average sold price in Fresno MLS was $557,000.

This is down.2% from last month and up 6.1% from last year. 

Average Sold price was neutral

Average sold price was $441,000 in Fresno MLS.

This is up 4.5% from last month and up 14.8% from last year. 

Months of Inventory- Seller’s MArket

Months of inventory in the Fresno MLS- 2.9

This is up 15.9% compared to last month and down 6.4% from last year.
